    Nera Kritis bottled table water should ideally be stored in a cool, dark odor-free location. By following these simple instructions, you will always enjoy the refreshing and beneficial water that we offer you.

  • How can I obtain a quality analysis of Nera Kritis water?

  • How is the quality of Nera Kritis bottled table water ensured?

    The Waters of Crete are bottled with strict specifications of the quality systems ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 22000: 2018, IFS and FSSC 22000 (version5) that constantly ensure the high quality of the provided goods. All packaging materials used in the bottling process (bottles, caps, labels, packaging film, etc.) are produced with specific and certified specifications to ensure safety and quality for the consumer.

  • How often is sampling and microbiological analysis carried out on Nera Kritis water?

    The quality control department collects samples at regular intervals and carries out all the foreseen microbiological analyzes of the final product and based on the quality system procedure, a control report is issued before each loading.

  • What sterilisation methods does Nera Kritis use?

    The sterilization methods we use in the production plant for the Waters of Crete are the pharmaceutical grade 0.2 and UV devices. Respectively, to ensure the hygiene of the bottles, we sterilize the bottling units daily using thermochemical procedures.
