Production Operator
The Nera Kritis Factory is seeking a Production Operator to join its production unit at the Chania Factory.
Role Overview:
The Production Machine Operator is responsible for managing production machinery and contributing to the achievement of the production plan.
Key Responsibilities:
● Monitoring the production process and ensuring product quality.
● Responding to production issues and resolving them in a timely manner.
● Ensuring proper usage of machinery.
● Participating in auxiliary tasks within the factory.
Desired Qualifications:
● Previous experience in a similar role and/or within an industrial environment.
● Knowledge of production line operations and machinery.
● Ability to manage situations and solve problems.
● Strong work ethic and a team spirit.
